Municycle.com has 'THIS FRAME' (http://tinyurl.com/6ml6u) that is like
the 20" united only a 24". The bad part is, it's in europe, so shipping
could be pricy...

the sun frames would work for that, though I'm not sure if it would be
possible to get just the frame.
