Can anyone give me any imput on a good freeride seat? The one that came on my 05 Specialized Enduro sucks. It would be nice if it was also light weight. I was thinking about a WTB brand. Any help would be great and my butt would thank you.

saddles are a very personnel thing, but the wtb Rocket v is my fave and with a couple of folk I ride with. It dosen't win favour with skinny dean, and a couple of larger riders I know, but for those of us 70-80kg' ers it seems cool. It's hard to try before u buy with saddles unless ur mates got one 🙁

I also ride a WTB Rocket V Stealth and love it. I have had the saddle over a year and it's light and very comfortable. I am 5'10", weigh 180 lbs and am of normal proportions and it seems to fit me perfectly. I agree with most people that saddles fit everyone differently, but I would say to give this one a try. Besides, you will also save some grams in weight, too.

At 5'-9" and 155 lbs, the SDG Bel Air is my perfect saddle. Comfortable from day 1.

I use a selle italia fokus and its great. I used a flite for years and loved it too. I dont like flat profile saddles or ones with too much padding as they make you sweat more.
