They're great bikes, and fairly stiff but not OCLV or C-40 stiff. Some
folks like it because it feels "lively". I like them because they've got
long top tubes and relaxed angle with relatively low BBs. Traditional stage
race bike with predictable handling characteristics. JUMP ON IT IF THE
PRICE IS RIGHT!

Uh, hmnn, bottom brackets, that is. Kelme, Credit Agricole, CSC and two two
other teams rode this frame and its predecessor in the 2001 and 2002 TDFs
(note: the pros get stuff a year before we do). It's an awesome bike.
Tyler rode one into 2nd place in the Giro D' Italia.

actually i thought Parlee made most of Tyler's stuff and it was painted to
match his Cervelo,etc when he was at CSC

Look is tops at any price, for one reason above all else: customer
service. My dad broke a pedal a week ago, called them up and they
said, send it here, we want to see what went wrong with it! Oh, and
we'll send you a new pair of our newest design for free for the favor.

He did and they did, less than a week turnaround. Can't beat that
kind of support with a stick. This makes Look the R-R of bicycles in
my eyes.

Oh, that's right, the Gavia wasn't in the 2002 Giro. As Beppi Conti said at the presentation: "There are no classic climbs in this years Giro."
