I think it's just a colloquialism (slang)/acronym. Stands for "Laugh out Loud." Of course, since I'm relatively new to biking, there is always a possibility that LOL is a biking term. But I don't think so.

Thank you for clearing that up, I have been going mad trying to work that one out.
Cipher, did I see in a previous thread that you own a lemond Ti/Carbon? If so can you give me some feedback on it.
I am currently debating between a Victoire or a Giant TCR composite 1.

You are correct. I received my '04 LeMond Téte de Course in January from Greg, and unfortunately due to all the snow we've had here in Minnesota, I've only had the chance to spin on rollers in the basement. (3-4 hrs. tops). I rode a Victoire last year, and as I've posted elsewhere, the only thing I didn't like about it (a 2003 model) was the paint job. It was one very sweet ride! If you are getting an '04 this is a non-issue in my opinion. I'm bias of course, but get the Victoire! 😄

When you say you received it from 'Greg' do you mean the man himself?

You will read in the LeMond manual once you've received your new Victoire (in the very fine print of coarse) the guarantee that states "takes 5 minutes off your local hill climb". 😄
