It's on the south side of the A835 (Inverness to Ullapool) about
15 miles from Ullapool. You can see the road in some of the images.

Trip to the Fannaichs at the end of this week, and I'm wanting to make sure I'm looking in the
right direction.

easy: NH 2767 7430 Just south of the road and west of the bridge. You can see the parking area in
one of the views. If you've ever driven by you should have seen it as a fenced enclosure with a
camera on a pole. If you park in the right place, you family can see you car via the web cam 8-)

Thanks Rob, at time of posting this (2pm) the camera is showing a beautiful blue sky with a bit of
high cloud, I hope the weather holds for at least 48 hours.

The weather didn't hold - it was overcast and pretty poor, it didn't rain but was very misty and we
came off soaking. Didn't get the four we planned on doing but this was more down to the fact we
didn't leave the bar until 1am the night before, still a good introduction to the Fannaichs. Now if
I can just get in via Fannaich Lodge.............

I've not done a lot of Munros, but the Fannichs are my favourites - not that I've done them in
winter mind! I love the walk-in via Loch a Bhraoin.

I love those places. You get the occasional one in N Wales too. The people who lived in them must
have been some tough bleeders.
