I saw a young woman this morning with big yellow hooped ear rings. As we
passed in the street I realised they were both Livestrong wristbands!

They are continuous loops. Presumably she cut them, then fed them through
normal earrings and glued them closed again.

They glue well! After breaking mine in an accident last Sunday, a
dribble of Superglue worked wonders!--

They glue well! After breaking mine in an accident last Sunday, a
dribble of Superglue worked wonders!Yes, superglue is quite commonly used in place of stitches in surgical
procedures, so slicing the ear and gluing it up would also work.
However, I prefer my suggestion :-)James

apparently some hospitals use similar yellow bands to mean "do not
