  1. Noticed you've got the Aussie champs stripes on the little fish now, suzy.

An achievement that you're keeping under your hat? ๐Ÿ™‚ Haven't seen it in "Ride" or on the race web pages yet . . .

M "the poor li'l critter still looks surprised" H

I've been playing with a new decal set, to go with the frame I'm making. It's not set in concrete, but I thought the fish with "little fish" top and bottom would look good on the seat-tube, with the green-gold stripes running underneath around the tube.

Are the stripes reserved somehow? I know the aust. champion wears green-gold stripes on their jersey, but I figured bikes are fair game...

I tried red-white-blue and red-white-green, but thought they looked a little dorky, and thought the green-yellow-green stripes at the very least indicate that it's strayan... They stand out well against white, red, blue, or black tubing, too, which is a good thing, unlike the last lot of decals (predominately blue) which looked positively awful on my red frame.

    What do people reckon?

    Regards,

Suzy ( as confused as the fish and open to ideas)

  3. This probably looks a little confusing for people who abhor cyclingforums. The logo that I'm playing with (which is displayed next to my posts on cyclingforums) can be seen on the web at

    Suzy,

I think it looks sweet. The green and gold are deffo the go.

I thought the fish looked abit like myself when trying to climb a hill
    (of any description) :-)

    Anyway.....looks the biz.

Phew thank god for that. I thought you'd made changes to the bike
without providing pics for the addicts ๐Ÿ™‚

The green and gold stripes look good.

I reckon stripes on frames are fair game, but I'd definitely draw the
line at a champion's jersey. Funny how you don't often see people
wearing a TdF yellow jersey isn't it. I've seen the occasional KoM
though. I could never get away with that!

Perhaps a bit of offset from the orange to the yellow and green. I think s/he looks cute! But maybe a smile?

My one and only jersey which I purchased just the other day is a yellow
jersey, but definitely not a Yellow JerseyT. Bought due to cheapness and
    high visibility.
