It's been a while since I did any chemistry, but..
12% available chlorine is equivalent to a 12.5% solution of NaOCl, and a 9.6% solution of LiOCl.
So, you would need to add around 106g of LiOCl to 1 liter of water to make a 12% available Chlorine
solution. You would need 143g of NaOCl.Hopefully someone can verify this before you ruin your pool!

All hypochlorites disassociate into HOCl in water and can be "graded" as to the amount of free
chlorine therefore you can estimate an equivalancy between them in solution.
