Yes ... but... I've certainly been looking at the electric
bike market as an alternative to my (petrol, 244cc) scooter,
for thos journeys when I can't be assed to pedal, or the
weather (wind/rain) makes the journey unpleasant, or the
distance to that business meeting is just too great to
arrive in a muck sweat in my suit.I'm yet to be convinced that the price/style/capability
continuum is yet at the right stage. What I want is a
'normal' looking roadster with a Heinzmann hub motor at a
price well below 500ukp (plus one or two other highly
