  1. After a month of no progress, I stopped eating anything that has not been
prepared and measured at home. The result is a super-whoosh. I actually
had an extra bowl of LC ice cream last night, because I was concerned my
calories were too low. I was not even hungry. My calories are averaging
    around 1000 per day.

Not to mention all the money you're saving by
    eating at home.

  3. Good for you! we eat out 2 times a week. I try to stick to the healthier
foods but that is sometimes hard. As I get closer to goal I may need to
insist that we only eat places with either breakfast all day or good salads.

Unhealthy would be hardees.. no bread but I can not handle the sodium in
their burgers. I can find something ok in most places.. Today my MIL and
FIL paid for us to eat out, as they do every sunday that something is not
planned at church, so we had Pizza.. I just ate the toppings and annoyed
Jeff by not eating the crust.. that is something that I consider
questionable since Pizza really did help me get fat.. and I crave it a lot.

Oh and yeah we eat out wed. just me and jeff and chunky.. sunday is usualy
with my inlaws... Hopefully we will actualy be able to afford to do the wed.
day eating out beyond next week 🙁 we ran out of savings recently that we
had been padding our normal pay checks with..

  6. I've been enduring a once a week cook out with an organization. The cook
outs are great, good company- but I'm at the mercy of what is cooked that
night at a price tag of $13 a night. Last week it was steak, deli coleslaw,
potato salad, beer, and apple pie. I took a small serving of the deli stuff
and luckily there was 1 vegetarian (equally frustrated) so a left over
    steak!

After 3 weeks of this, I'm staying home this week- this type of indulging is
reserved for Christmas and special occasions! I can see that I'm still a
softy when it comes to the hostess's special recipes & dessert

I find this to be harder than restaurant eating, personally.
