I believe you're talking about the barrel adjuster. I've been looking for
the same part and have found two places that should have it: Vecchio's
Bicicletteria and Branford Bike. Peter Chisholm from Vecchio's is a
mainstay of RBT so you should be able to find his contact info or go to

Its an older (~1995) Campy brake >><BR><BR>

Barrell adjuster, we have them, both older and newer models, call us.

talking about) seems new bikes don't have this part or the new brakes

Not true, Campagnolo still uses the same system.

Its D-shaped with threads that you turn to make small adjustments.

Try asking for a "brake adjuster". Many brands and models
fit that style brake, such as the current model:

Any competent LBS which customrily services bicycles will
have several styles that fit.

If you want a cheap solution, buy a plain 6mm adjuster and
file one side.
