One might get the impression from the page that these are front and rear position lamps, which they are quite blatently not. Should lighting sales be required to include a statement of compliance with the appropriate act?
I think it's a disgrace.
While giving all due praise to TfL for their choice of children's bikes, I will be very critical of their choice of lights, going as far as to say that it put the children in unnecessary risk, in my report on the project.

I'd thought of that, I'd even thought of asking the Park's Constabulary for permision to use other parts of the park for cycle training - the Bandstand, for example, could make an excellent roundabout. I decided against it because the road markings are not the same. I am now much happier with the way I teach using roundabouts. John B has a wealth of experience and his suggestion of following the children through the roundabouts one at a time first satisfies me that I have done all I can reasonably do to minimise any risk of a driver running their motor vehicle into a trainee.
