I don't know anything about the first one, but those others shouldn't be any
problem to your weight loss. This stuff is in the noise. Thinking that
these things have an impact could be a sign of other issues regarding weight
loss.

You must make yourself a priority. if that means getting up earlier or
walking at night...then do it! .also, limit eating out and make a point to
take your lunch. Eat it at your desk and use your lunch period for your
walk.
