  1. Seems just about all the regulars have bailed. If you take away the handful
left Larry, Williams, Hudson, Hanson, Cohen and a couple of others - what
we've got left is trolls and spammers - that just about sums it up. That is
    MFW.

A pale shadow of the place it used to be.

MFW has always been full of trolls and there have been ebbs and surges
in the posting since the group was formed. The phoenix will rise again,
    I'm sure.

Hello Keith - good to see you here now and then

Well, I missed it. But it was good to get away for a while. I was taking
two classes during intersession which made for a very heavy schedule. So
I was able to focus on academics for a time, which was good.

Having said that from my standpoint the current trolling is really
low-grade. No imagination - very juvenile sex orientation barbs.

    boring

Is there anything more useless than a boring troll?

It can't be accurately described as "trolling" Keith, it's more than

    <raises eybrows>
    I don't think so...

When I ask for real advice, I always get it just fine!
If people would just ignore all the troll threads like I do (at least
most of the time), they would get bored and stop it.

I do consider this a troll thread and probably should have ignored it,
    but nobody's perfect. <G>

BTW, what makes incline benches work so much better than flat benches
for chest? I quit doing flats and started doing inclines after reading
here, and I'm making faster progress.

My pecs also get much more sore. ;-)

Hello Keith - good to see you here now and then

Well, I missed it. But it was good to get away for a while. I was taking
two classes during intersession which made for a very heavy schedule. So

Is there anything more useless than a boring troll?

It can't be accurately described as "trolling" Keith, it's more than
    Tourette's Syndrome.

Are you keeping up with the rugby. The British Lions play the All
Blacks in the first test tomorrow. It promises to be a cracker.

We've been fortunate to see most of the Lions' matches, although well
after the actual game. Canada got handed our asses by the depleted Welsh
side, although the English narrowly eked out a victory over us with
their depleted side. And we beat the Americans. So we've been getting
those games as well, although there wasn't anything enjoyable about the
Welsh/Canada game except the reminders we beat the Welsh at Cardiff a
    few years back.

The Welsh look amazingly strong and deep.

The Lions have looked good. It will be interesting to see the first test.

On the local side, I've been playing regularly and except for my left
shoulder not functioning too well, none the worse for the wear. I'm
really trying to get out of the first division games, but unfortunately
we often don't have a better front row player. Very sad, really. The
guys commented when they started talking me into playing that I was in
better shape than 1/2 the team. I noted "not after a game". The aches
just don't go away at 47 years of age.
