Oklahoma... if they were dumb enough to stay there after
repeated tornados, they should have paid for it themselves.

historical target, why was NYC dumb enough to leave the
Trade Centers open for future attacks? Why were people dumb

efforts to assist evacuees from areas struck by Hurricane
Katrina. Why should we pay for that? If they are dumb
