Way back when, we found that having one branded name, used once flew
fairly well. You might mention Campbell's tomato soup, but only in the
ingredient list. Seems that once you got above that, people realize
what is happening. So one mention passed below most people's radar.

If you're under contract from Campbell's, you also have to realize that many
cooks will see the name and substitute the store brand. I think you're
inventing an issue where there is none. The packages themselves contain
recipes. The coupon circulars in the Sunday paper contain recipes, right
next to the manufacturer's coupons. So what?

I backed up my statement that it does happen. I made the case that the
online recipe industry is RIPE for this to happen, simply because it
has happened in the past.
