Wise Greg; I think he is correct.
Virenque also spent two year in denial until he said " Yes, I did it".
    Tyler Hamilton also did it.
They paid the price, and all was forgotten.

    TH never admitted guilt.

The only reason Lemond was never popped was because the testing back
    then was not as refined.

Well, I'm baffled. In the transcript of Larry King's interview with FL,
Larry states "Former winner Greg LeMond said, 'I really believe Floyd
is clean. You will always find riders who transgress the laws. I really
believe Floyd is not among them.'"

Either Greg was misquoted or his wife straightened him out again. The
transcript of the interview is available at

"If he is confirmed positive, I hope he has the courage to tell the
    truth."

"If" is the key word in keeping Greg's stories somewhat consistent.

  10. LeMond was misquoted by Larry King.

Slight difference there... Virenque was never suspended from riding,
because he threatened to sue. Something about 'loss of livelihood' or
    something?

Greg's irrelevance is so sad. I wish people would stop interviewing him.
It's like when a beloved relative gets Alzheimer's... You just want to
remember them back when they were the person you knew before.

If I allready remember it was 9 month of suspension (from February 1 to
    October 30).
Then the suspension became from February 1 to august 15, so after the TDF.

I don't think that's the **only** reason. He could have actually been clean. We
don't know and the fact that there weren't any positive or even questionable tests
means we probably shouldn't jump to too many conclusions about him (or anyone else
    from that era?). Just sayin'.
