  1. left leg is not growing.

hello. I cycle to work on a hybrid cycle and have been for sdome time.

    there is a problem.

the problem is that no matter what i try, it seems my left right leg is doing most of the work. no matter how much i assk my left leg to work it doesnt seem to want to.

only the outer part of my left leg, i.e. the outer side of the left leg seems to work, and the inner part i.e. the part extending laterally from the groin area is not working on the left leg for some reason. but on the right leg, both the ibner and outer parts ar working.

    this is distressing.

    what is worng here?

my left leg is growing slower than my right leg, and the partw here the left leg is not doing any work has a void of muscle, where the right one has something there.

help please. something is clearly wrong here.

    What should I do?

    Go see a doctor.

  3. Get an Ergomo.

  4. My left leg is also way more muscular than my right one. I reckon it's due to having my right leg 2 cm shorter than the other one. Any my saddle height optimal for the shorter one...

I second this and also hate people who make fun of such situations. The guy clearly is freaking out.
Go see a doctor dude, such serious issues are not good left alone. A quick visit will give you peace of mind. The forum is good for advice but not the ultimate place for professional help with serious issues.

  6. i second the advice about seeing a good sports doctor.

i had polio when i was 2-1/2 years old. my right leg is 1 to 2 cm shorter than the left and paralyzed from the knee down as a result. despite the fact there is no paralysis in my right thigh muscles, the thigh is noticeably smallery and produces less power.

despite this, i still raced successfully for many years. you can, too...but i would definitely let a orthopedic specialist have a look at what's going on.
