Time will tell. I don't think LeBlanc will bar Postal from
the Tour, but his reasoning could be interesting.

Nothing. Kelme was a team who needed a "wild card"
(invitation) to partecipate at the Tour, something that was
completely subject to LeBlanc judgement. USPS was a "Top
Club" at the end of 2003, so they have the right to
partecipate at any race they want to, independently from the
opinion of such race's organizer. So, the only one who has
the right to exclude USPS from the TdF is UCI boss, Hein
Verbrugghen, but I frankly doubt that he wants to do
anything against his golden eggs chicken, Lance. Leblanc
must obey the rules.

I think that's right as to the distinction between Kelme and
Postal. But haven't all teams in the Tour been required to
sign on to a code of ethics that provides grounds for
explusion?
