Tomorrow morning for San Francisco. The race is Sunday morning; I am hoping to be able to do it in 3:15 to 3:30. If it were a flat course, I'd be expecting to do it in 3:00 to 3:05.
-- Crossing the starting line is 90%. Crossing the finish line is the other 90%.

How fast can a tranny on hormones run it, Michelle/Michael?
Hi Michelle, Have a great time at the race and good luck to you. Enjoy the comraderie of others and listen to the sound of thousands of feet pounding out the pulse of the race.(That sounded better in my head, now it seems a little weird. oh well)
Have fun out there. CRMF

Thanks, and it didn't sound weird at all.

Michelle, How do taking male hormones effect your running? And do you have to keep taking them even post-op?

It seems to me I heard somewhere that lil'Mcgraw wrote in article <SPzRi.75811$th2.20669@pd7urf3no>:

This seems like a good place to say "Me too!" I'm sure the course is different now from the one I ran in 1961, but I don't think there's any way the race organizers can ruin the experience. Back then we crossed the GG bridge, ran through the Presidio and the downtown area, out to Golden Gate park, south to the Olympic Club golf course area, and back up to finish in the GG park polo grounds. One of my prime running memories, and I hope you find it equally stimulating and rewarding. -- Don Kirkman
