  1. Surprisingly, pretty darn good!

I think it's a flourless cake, ramekin size. Not sure what was in the
chocolate 'lava', but no SA reaction.

Thank goodness the nearest Ruby Tuesday is about 40 miles and a ferry ride
    away! :-)

Oh why cant we have ruby tuesdays where I live! If you get no NA
reaction that is killer. Let me ask this, do they post the carb
breakdown anywhere, not just net carbs?

  3. NO, they list Total Calories/Fat gms/Net Carb gms/Fiber gms.
    http://www.rubytuesday.com/menu/pdf/smartEatingGuide.pdf

So the lava cake is 632/40/14/10. Reverse figuring would put it at 24 or
    more (SA's not listed, etc.)

For a while, they had these number right in the menu, now it's in a book on
the table. Guess too many people were discouraged by things like New
Orleans Salmon at >800 Calories. :-)

It just about is! I'd be happy, though, having a salad - easy on the
dressing - with the cake for dessert (and most of the calories!), just for
fun. Hmmm.... I'll have to check to see if there is a Ruby Tuesday in my
    neck of the woods...
