Yes this guy has a lot of credibility. He was making 3,000 a month as an assistant, got fired and then tried to sue Lance for 500,000. That would be about 14 years salary. What a joke.

If he had used this stuff wouldn't all the testing he has been subjected to gien a positive reading. Look at all the other riders who have been caught and he hasn't.

I concurr with you. That assistant is a gold-digger.

Like always you have to look at the source. In this case that is pretty suspect at best.

Yep, he should have filed for wrongful termination(in view of public policy) as soon as he was fired.
Whether he had the goods on Lance or not, at that point he would have seemed credible,but now he is just slinging mud.

I just read that Lance has just filed suit againsit a former personal assistant in the amount of $125,000 for the allegations that he made againsit him.

The assisstant could do with a flogging, even though i remain open to the idea that lance is a doper, this is absurd.
