Sorry...I didn't read...Don't like the guy...am sure he's doped...sick of everyone acting like he's the only guy that ever rode a bike. Basically everyone is on his payroll...even the sport's "policemen":

Neither the Anderson or Simeoni case have outcomes that are relative to whether LA was partaking in PEDs.
The other pending cases, the "LA Confidential" (Paris & London) and the insurance claim matters (Texas), have central issues to doping.
The Anderson case was for breach of contract. The Simeoni case was for defamation.
