And from page 32:

"'I don't like what the war has done to our country, to our economy', he

President, I'm not sure this war was such a good idea.'"

As for the bracelets ... Lance didn't make the bracelets, Nike did ... And
what do you expect Nike to do but go off-shore?

The fact that China is able to produce those goods for a price
indicates that it is in fact not a completely communist country.

In fact, all of the things you have stated lend arugment that the
chinese government is a facist regime (one whom trys to control the
behavior and thoughts of it's subjects) buts states nothing of it's
economic policies.

If you had something like "It is ironic that Lance gets the
"livestrong" braclets made in China a country the artificially
deprecates it's currency in order to sell it's good for cheaper on the
world market considering he is such a big fan of G.W. and all....or a
least not a communist country". Then you would clooser to an communist
economic argument but not really quite there.

And just so you know Walmart imported 16 billion dollars worth of
goods from China last year alone.

Also G.W. is a clear and stated support of globalization, outsourcing
and doing business with China. His administration has also been a big
support of getting them into the WTO etc.

Further I believe this administration believes that the best policy
for dealing with China is to bring it into the global community and
kind of attack some of it's backwards policies from the inside.
Basically Golden handcuff it out of it's facist political regiments.

It is also worth noting that China whom is slowly arising from it's
communist sleep has been steadily growing, increasingly becoming a
worthwhile and active participant in the global community and becoming
more open for some years, while Russia whom Reagan forced into
capatialism long before it had any of the necessary legal and
idealogical infrastructure has seen has been bleeding problem after
problem and is now reverting back to a more totalitarian approach to
government in an attempt to regain some economic and political
control. one can only hope that Putin will only revert back to levels
seen in china before enacting Perestroika round II. which should have
been left alone back in the 80's.

What better way to get them to declare a few more villages factories for the
revolution and force them to help meet the new demand while enriching the

I was pretty wasted at that point, but I found out later that apparently this
