  1. Lance and Sheryl are Oprah's guests on Friday.

I'm sure Oprah will get to the bottom of all the doping buzz. Word is that
Lance and Oprah will race. That'll probably look a lot like Lance and der
Kaiser racing in February (excepting for color differences).

  2. No way would Oprah ask Lance about doping in any meaningful way. If
she asks just one "softball" of a question, I'd be amazed.

I haven't watched Oprah since the younger of my sons was newborn. That
was over 15 years ago. All I know is that she has turned into a money
making machine. Lance might ask her for some tips.

LOL. Revenge of the Master Fatties! Yes, we can all expect a
substantive, incisive interview from Oprah. Get ready for matrimonial
inquiries! Maybe Sheryl's new video--premiered on Oprah?--will feature
    some Lance action.

I'd consider the appearance successful if LA could just relax before an
interviewer; sans bike, he always seems so ill at ease, so stilted
before the camera. Charismatic he's not.

Oprah: "There are 130 Trek Madone's out in our parking lot!
EVERYONE GETS A FREE BIKE! EVERYONE GETS A FREE BIKE!"

  7. Watch for this:
Oprah, "I have here a document from Brian Lafferty stating you are a
druggie! How do you respond, Lance?"
Lance, "Okay, Brian's got me. I admit it."

  8. Jeez, not only did she lose, but Oprah failed control after their race.

  9. They need to get that other Fattie, Rosie O'Donnell, to do an interview
number on Lance like she did on Tom Selleck regarding the NRA and guns a few
years ago. However, IIRC her show went off the air shortly after that.

  10. The Oprah/Lance/Sheryl/Linda A. show was fairly boring.
Lance was a super mensch though stand-up and all that with that breast
    cancer survivor woman.

    Applause.

Lance said "7th Tour" for sure. But this year?

In any case, smile Mr. Laff, Esq.

Yeah Lance was more animated than he usually seems to be. They
definitely embarassed him a couple of times. He got pretty red. It was
a lot like a 1hr Lance-omercial but was OK. It'd be interesting to see
what the ratings were compared to her average. I know that's the first
time I've ever watched even most of a show.

    I don't think it's a person, I think it's a new frame from Orbea.

The Orbea Oprah. Has a nice ring to it.

Kind of makes you think of the Pinarello Opera. The key feature to the
Oprah would have to be variable geometry though.

Ouch. That's gonna leave a mark.

He's an Italian guy that muled dope for LANCE. It was
in THE BOOK. Haven't you READ THE BOOK?!?!

When this show is broadcast in English all hell is going
    to break loose for LANCE.

  17. No matrimonial inquiries, but Oprah did ask Lance if he wanted and
could have more children, Lance was non-commital initially, but after
some discussion admitted he still had some tadpoles left and after he
finished racing would like to have some more children, didn't say it
would be with Sheryl, she had a funny facial expression. I think her
eggs are getting to be a bit old. She is forty two and I don't think
women can get pregnant past 45 with their own eggs (maybe be a few
    exceptions but its extremely rare).

  18. Women can get pregnant with their own eggs until their sixty - potentially.
Its just thats the risk of Down's etc. increases exponentially after the
age of forty. Its something like 1 in 75 at age 38 and 1 in 25 at age 44.

Yes, but did she break the one-day record for Livestrong wristband sales?

  20. You are right that the incidence of Down's syndrome dramatically
increases after age 40, but the DNA is no longer very good. And there
is also a dramatically increased incidence of other chromosonal
    abnormalities other than Down's.

After the age 42 the fertility rate begins to decline dramatically and
is extremely low after age 45 (of course there are some exceptions, a
natural conceived live birth occurred in a 57 year old). Fertility
charts generally stop at age 44.

The DNA in the older eggs just doesn't bind very well with the male
DNA (which also is not very good after 40 either and contributes to
the fertility problem, spontaneous abortion, and chromosonal
    abnormality problem).

Most of the older women you see in the news media having children used
oocyte or embyro transfer techniques, not their own eggs.
