CN: So you've been back in Europe for a month now and I was wondering if you've
made the transition from Krispy Kremes to churros [Spanish donuts] yet?

CO: The Krispy Kreme thing is just brilliant. I don't know the last time I had a
Krispy Kreme. Actually, I don't like Krispy Kremes, they don't have apple
fritters. That's my favorite. If I was ever going to eat a donut thing, it
    would be an apple fritter.

Yeah, and with Tim Horton's change of ownership, their once
    magnificent apple fritters are history.

Guess I'll stick with my Clif bars.

  4. There's an apple orchard and bakery about a two hour ride
from my home that makes the most killer apple cider donuts.
The only donut's I'll eat. They are so, so good.

At two riding hours away, I'd say you've earned several by
    the time you get there.

There were a few of these places where I once lived, in
Michigan. Bintz Apple Mountain is now a golf course around a
bunch of condos. As far as I know the other is still there.
Plain donuts and apple cider. Yum.
