Not losing it but purposely focusing only on the positive. Also remember what Eddy said about him
being surrounded by "yes men". I would imagine that everyone in the USPS camp is all saying the
same thing.

I have never ridden in a race - but his best bet must be a major attack tommorrow.

Its gotta be a major reversal for him to beat ulrich in the TT - Ulrich took
1.5 minutes - at this level that means he is considerably faster than armstrong in the tt.

Lance did the time trial of his life just a few short weeks ago at the Dauphine. Lance was CLEARLY
not himself in those hot conditions of the first TdF time trial. I think it's at least reasonable
to expect that we won't see Lance lose anything close to the same amount of time to Jan the second
time around.

I hope Lance holds the yellow jersey going into that stage. Then he'll get to know Jan's splits.
Otherwise, Jan might get to know his.

After todays stage it is a toss up who will win. LA appears to be stronger than previous stages.
The ITT is likely to have a tail wind and is a relatively flat course. Ullrich will have to have a
superhuman effort (or LA an average to poor effort) to beat LA by 67 seconds. I say the advantage
is now LA.
