Saw it on the Nike website. It is a pretty neat spot. I wonder if he really has a "Big Tex" tatoo or
if that was just for the spot? Nice that he was kinda the featured guy out of all those "stars".

No real tat. It is kind of indside joke. After the whole Pantini debacle Lance refused to call
him "the Pirate" saying that that was a nickname that Pantini gave himself, and that you can't
give yourself a nickname and that the peloton had given him a slightly different one. He then
added I mean I couldn't show up one day and say I will now have the nickname "Big Tex" and
expect the peloton to use it... Of course, they started using it. Or atleast that is the story
as I have heard it.

Oh it's a hoot. What would Jan Ullrich have for a tat? Big Kraut? I personally would have loved
seeing Lance as the bowler though. Or how about Serena Williams cycling? @@

"We should not march into Baghdad. ... Assigning young soldiers to
a fruitless hunt for a securely entrenched dictator and condemning
them to fight in what would be an unwinnable urban guerilla war, it
could only plunge that part of the world into ever greater
instability." George Bush Sr. in his 1998 book "A World Transformed"
