Yes I do--his exit line: "A beautiful baby!! (looks
at the camera)"...and a beautiful car! Besides the
diamond cutter, there was one where the well-known
Cuban classical guitarist Manuel Barrueco is playing
in the back seat. These days Barrueco is pretty
ubiquitous in classical guitar circles, and I'm
surprised he doesn't get more ribbing about that old
commercial.

Reading between the lines, it seems like Lance is saying
that he is not particularly tight with the president,
despite what some think. Nevertheless, he has the good sense
to avoid expressing any of his own political opinions,
surely realizing that most readers will not look to their
cycling heroes for political or moral guidance. Certain
celebrities would be wise to follow his example.
