They look delicious, Koko... What 'cut' of Lamb Chop did you use..It looks like the Shoulder part ?
I have some lamb chops cooking in the oven at present..

Dang, I don't remember. They had a bone in them shaped kind of like the bone in a t bone steak. I'll try and be more observant next time because they were delicious.

They look like loin chops, nice ones with a good chunk of tenderloin, and not too much fat. Shoulder chops have a lot more bone scattered round in them, and big hunks of fat throughout. They are still pretty tasty but I prefer the loin chops.

I was going to say loin but I wasn't sure. There was no fat scattered round in the chops and it was one solid bone. Thanks Dave.
