work for another.
Your bottom will get sore, with or without coccyx problems, if you sit on your saddle too long
without taking your weight off. Try to raise off the seat at least every two minutes and whenever
you approach any irregularity in the road surface.
I would suggest you work hard on developing your gluteal muscles so that your coccyx is higher off
the saddle, so it does not get traumatised so easily. Clench your buttocks together as hard as you
can; hold it for half a minute and repeat 10 times twice daily.
