I am going to go out on a limb and assume you are smart enough to accept that a mistake or being given incorrect instruction on handling a blood sample is not result in a criminal charge. Unless you think someone paid for the sample to be destroyed and then maybe. No way I believe that this was the case.

Actually, I was thinking of the person, or persons unknown and what charges could be made for the physical entry into the lab for the purpose of committing a crime. Lots of fun stuff for a bar exam question.

Ingnorance of what. Bike racing? The Law? Or that the concern over someone cheating in sports does not seem like the worlds greatest crime. Dumbass it is a sport. I hope that the person they prosecute has a wife and 10 kids to support, and was working at the lab after he put himself through school to improve his families quality of life, and that they find him guilty of screwing up the test and sentence him 10 years in prison.
