Bradley McGee wins the overall on this short stage race, mostly by
staying near the front on the climbing stages and winning the ITT (a truly
surprising tactic, that). This race is another one that is thought of as an
indicator of form for the TdF, and, if so, David Millar needs some work on
his climbing. He lost 32:40 on the first (and longest) stage.
