You mean when you shake it side to side and has play on it? If so, when you buy the wheels, it should come with a wrench so you can adjust it on the fly.

Bearing adjustment tool and user guide come with new wheels.
If you didn't get them and bought them new, see your dealer.
If you bought them used, you can try a dealer to see what they can do for you or go to Mavic direct.

yes, i did get all the tools that came with the wheelset along with the guide. it does not however go into detail of how tight or loose to set it.

If you told us that you had the tools and guide in your first posting, we wouldn't have responded with that iteration.

With the wheels mounted and QR skewers secured, adjust bearings for the loosest setting that has no knocking or play, regardless of this relative smoothness.
If you are not satisfied with the smoothness at that setting, it is time for cartridge bearing replacement.... or possibly lublication... if you can effectively get lube past the seals.
