  1. Hi folks,

Well, the Christmas period is finally (and blessedly) behind us again - phew. I haven't had time to
be in here much - and have had to play "catch up" - so many messages!

Today was my first official WI since before Christmas, and over those 3 weeks, I'm up 2.8lbs.
However, having lost a bit before it all started, it's not as bad as it would have been - I'm still
lower than I was 5 weeks ago. Also, having been unable to avoid the scales totally, I know it was
higher - even last week, so I'm already on my way back down, and I'm fully back on program now too.
So, all in all, I'm pretty happy about it. I don't mind putting on weight when I know why - and I
was no saint over Christmas - believe me! I managed to keep to my excercise routine, and was as good
as I could be for the most part, but there was the odd day when, well....... It's those weeks when
you stick totally to points, and the scale still goes up that bug the bejeesus out of me! *grin*

So, here's hoping that next week continues the downward trend, that all of you had a good Christmas,
and that 2004 brings us all that we want 🙂
