Hi,
anyone successfully managed to get their kryptonite lock replaced? I registered two lock in sept, two in nov, and I havent heard a single peep out the fsckers.

Got 2 replaced. I got no response to my first request.Second request got immediate action. Got a printable UPS label, packed em up and sent em off.Replacemments back in less than 2 weeks.

Kryptonites.

Hmm dammit, Ill have to reregister them. Their aus agent originally started saying they would handle them, and the locks were coming in two weeks (earl jan ...) now they dont answer emails.

Essentially new versions of the old models I sent,but with a different lock.
