to the year, but following the live reports this on just felt kind of

and see how the next week plays out.
IMO this has been the most fun start to the year in a while and now
we've just got to hope that the UCI/GT pissing match doesn't screw the
rest of the season.

some road flares at into the top of an officials car at the next race.

I thought that it was just another example of the shrinking coverage
and fight over tv rights. Glad to know it was a weather problem. My
soccer team is seriously mediocre these days and just lost a game
there's no way in hell they should've, so there aren't enough psycho
fans to make the news. It sucks having to follow your team from another
continent instead of catching the bus down to the stadium.
Some US channels are showing a little bit of Euro soccer coverage, but
other than the Spanish channels I think it's just looking for the riot.

Yes indeedy. And it was a rather nice game he and Dekker played - two
years ago now, wasn't it? - for a Tour stage. I wasn't questioning his
talent, just his expectations. Even Dekker the Elder has generally had
to ride in service of Boogey at AGR.

I guess Kroon's point was: riding in service is one thing, but
sacrificing your own very good chances with a group of lesser gods, just
for the sake of letting the bunch with all the established favourites
catch up, that's just dumb. I can understand Lotz using Bettini as an
excuse when he's in a group with Kroon, Etxebarria, Wesemann. But just
like Kroon, I don't understand those last two not wanting to ride with
him. All three, or four even, probably had undefined roles in their
respective teams. Seemed like a balanced little group.

I think Mr. Raket can read the OLN schedule like the rest of us and
doesn't duplicate the guys who are posting OLN sundays on
alt.binaries.multimedia these days.

I really like seeing the all the races that Mr. Raket has been posting
that don't ever make it across the Atlantic.
