Never heard of it - and Google doesn't come up with anything. Are you
sure you've got the name right?

Haven't got a clue. Is it anything to do with:

    http://www.aetherius.org

"......a group of dedicated people cooperating with Ascended Masters to help
usher in a New Age of Peace and Enlightenment upon our world".

I particularly liked the photo of "Aetherius Society Members on a holy
mountain in Devonshire England". I didn't know there were any. I thought
they were all in places like Nepal.

There's Croagh Patrick and Brandon Mountain in Ireland, and it seems
that the meme of Glastonbury Tor as holy has some currency. Then there's
Ayers Rock in Australia, Also Mt. Athos in Greece, Mt. Sinai in Egypt,
and Fujiyama in Japan, none of which I would have thought of as
Nepal-like. A bit of Googling finds La Salette in France, Montserrat in
Spain, a list of 9 in China, Skirrid (aka Holy Mountain) in Wales, Mount
Carmel in Israel, Taranaki in New Zealand, more in Japan, one near
    Munich, etc

I've lived within a few miles of Kinder for most of my life, but I'm
afraid I've never heard of this. There's plenty of odd-shaped stones up
there which I suppose you could worship/deify if you felt so inclined,
and there have been various rumours of rituals carried out on certain
nights of the year, but nothing about an "Aetherius Stone".

I live quite near Kinder and often walk over there..
I saw the reference in the book "Kinder Scout Portrait of a mountain"
page 15...All I know is it is in Cluther rocks cluster...Will have to spend
more time there to find it .....

I've carried out a few rituals there myself, but we had no use for a
    stone of any shape.
