to go there.

I've seen plenty of sattelite images and it looks pretty good.

The immigration dept there confiscated my passport. I guess Colorado is not
diplomatically recognized by the ABQ regime. The old mexico was much
better. No passport required. It is still in America I think. Not too
off topic for those Americans.

I go to Taos several times a year and the riding there is pretty good,
but there aren't that many places to ride from town.

Farmington has some good riding too.

The salsa and green chile is much hotter than in Colorado.

a highway (highway 60) that runs just north of center through it.

Funny you ask this question. A friend's parents have bought 40 acres
bordering a national park in New Mexico. Only three acres are zoned for
building so much of the land is undeveloped but they did mention some
trails. Whether or not they are ride worthy I won't know until I visit
them in the Spring of 2005. I'm curious as well though if I should
actually bring my ride on the trip since I will be driving down there.
