I agree 100% with Jim. We tried poles and the first fall was a
bleeder. Seems like poles just make falling dangerous. We've since
used our folding ladder and the kids all love it. They can go around
and around, or ride straight away. I also used it to practice 1 foot
and ww'ing. It also makes a great way to get on a giraffe while
learning.
