I don't know if this is the one you are looking for. It is from
recipezaar.com and there was no contributor on the recipe. I suppose try
it at your own risk. The Franco American gravey, sage and bouillon cubes
make me think this might be close. KFC gravy is full of sodium IIRC and
I used to like it.

1 cup cold water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 (10 ounce) cans franco american beef gravy
1 pinch ground sage
In a blender combine the cold water and cornstarch.
Blend until very smooth.
In a large saucepan over medium high heat combine the remaining
ingredients and the cornstarch mixture. Whisk until thick, clear and hot.
Serve.
