  1. hey guys

when i ride wearing my shorts (not a bib) and my jersey, the shirt keeps riding up exposing my stomach and back.....how can i stop this and keep my jersey down so it overlaps with my shorts? any tips or ideas? is this a common problem?

  2. Wear bib shorts.

  3. It doesn't happen as much if you keep things in the back pockets.

Cellphone is the right weight, couple of gels too.......

  5. 😕 Sure the jersey is the right size? Wear a correct size and bib shorts, and you should have no problem.

  6. try some velcro, sew some on the top of the knicks, the other side on the jersey.

  7. A properly-fitted cycling jersey with elastic at the waist shouldn't ride up. Sounds like you need a smaller size or perhaps a euro-fit jersey that's cut to fit tighter.

A loose, flapping jersey adds wind resistance too; a well-fitted tight jersey is an easy way to save some watts at higher speeds.
