  1. In the MTB video New World Disorder, when Kris first shows himself, he
does a very cool looking mount. Do any of you know what this mount is
and some details about it? For what I can tell, the uni is set on the
ground, seat handle facing ground. Then Kris jumps on the uni and
somehow drags the seat under him. Definately a cool mount!

  2. I can't really tell if he quickly reaches down and snaps it up with his
hand, or if he lifts it with his toe. I can't think of any other
    possiblities...is there?

No, not really. He lifts the seat either by hand or leg. But if he moves
the seat with leg, he should put his foremost leg's toe under the fork
and pedal backwards 1/4 of a revolution in order to get the seatpost
back under him. Either way, it seems pretty damn hard!
I wonder if this mount has a name?

Ok that was pretty obvious. Thanks!

The description makes it all brutally clean. End of story :-)

  10. Kris has teasers for some of his videos here:

Freeride Entertainment has a teaser for New World Disorder on their web

  12. I just learned the pickup mount after reading about it here. It's
actually pretty easy and took me less than ten minutes before I landed
    it.

  13. jsm: nice! I tried it on my 24" Torker but couldn't do it. I just got a
trials unicycle so due to the shorter seatpost and smaller wheel it
might prove a bit easier. The pickup mount is now on my learning list
too, among with kickup mount and unispin.
