Yes it was an awesome day in the sun. Lucky for me Per is such a lousy
photographer that he missed snapping a shot when I fell off the planks and
into kneedeep water 😉 He did get a pic when I got out but he was also
gracious enough not to post it. I am the dude in yellow so now you know what
a swedish roadie looks like when he gets lost in the woods 😉--
PerreYou have to be smarter than a robot to reply.

Very nice pictures, Per. Showed my wife, and she reminded me we
hadn't nailed down the mtn/lake cabin for this year's amb-ID yet.

I"m just checking... I've had the 24/25 marked in my datebook since the
last discussion. And yes, you'd better come. We really need to increase the
female/male ratio.Penny

Reconfirming AMB-ID is set for the weekend of July 30-31 & August 1 in
McCall this summer. Typical scenario, arrive Fri pm, warm-up ride
that nt if desired, big ride Saturday, followed by bbq, swimming,
whatever, and probably do ski hill or other scenic ride(s) Sunday a.m.paladin

Yep, we had a long cold winter with lots of snow, unlike the "green house"
effect winters we have had the last decade or so. -

here's the first one, 2002
http://bbauer.gomen.org/idaho/and there was one last year, and there will be one this year! You could
probably google up 1000 posts on and off topic, and some RR's if you were
really bored.

in transponder based automatic timing and scoring systems" but then I found
26 relevant posts in google, perhaps I used wrong search terms. Please tell me more.

Google GROUPS advanced search, sorry I should have been more clear. Set the
delimiting group as alt.mountain-bike, type in AMB-ID into the subject
heading.... should work. -

Thousands?that's what i thought but I was corrected
no, the 30th of July and Aug 1.I think <g>
this year it looks like me and Mr Adventure, Jonesy, Gabrielle, Paladin,
Carla AG and Jim, most likely Gman, maybe BB and god knows who else.
Paladin usually brings along some Boise folks like Crazy Adam, I've been
trying to get some of my girl-gang to show up, and maybe my McCall pals.penny

very vague plans to come to the US this summer, and if everything falls into
place we just might turn up if we are welcome.
