Ugly, Mean and Nasty John Kerry the cyclist!
You say that about everyone wearing a helmet.

Hahahaha, ya right!!
SUPPOSEDLY he rides in the 192-mile Pan Mass Challenge, a
fundraising ride for cancer research. He's there for the
photo shoots at the starting line and then no one sees him
again for the rest of the weekend...Amazing that he has time to train!!

Sounds like Bush in the National Guard.

From Kathleen Parker, syndicated columnist, in today's Chicago Tribune:
"When Kerry does join the human fray--on a bicycle for instance--
he wears those little padded shorts and a helmet. I'm sure
biker shorts are helpful and headgear is certainly safe.
Give the man points for obeying the rules and setting a good
example for all the other boys and girls. But it was
precisely in anticipation of Kerry fully decked for
bicycling that the word "dork" was invented."full story here, although the good part is above: chicagotribune.comchiOpen ↗

Mike Kruger "we are more likely to "know" what we want to
know than what we don't want to know. That human flaw is
built into the very process of making intelligence
estimates." -

He's a liar, a panderer and a flip-flop master.
He's also reputed to be a picker and a grinner, a lover
and a sinner. -

I'm neutral on whether he actually does the full ride or
not. He seems pretty fit, and it's not that hard to believe.
I don't care for him as a politician, but let's be fair.Although there is no real substitute for road miles, a
really determined cyclist could probably maintain a
reasonable degree of road readiness with a lot of work on
indoor trainers. If he does become president, it will be
really hard for him to sneak in any rides, but that was
already touched on in another thread."Astro-Geek" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
