does that mean? Is it the same /edition/ as the 1997 one?

Mine is the "Third impression" of 2004, "first published in 1997 by TSO"
and "an earlier edition was published by Unwin Paperbacks in 1988".

I don't know if there were many changes; probably not as usually only
minor corrections are made at reprinting.
The Third Impression does make reference to the National Cyclists
Training Standard, albeit very briefly.

If you're getting 404, neither. The server has to be up and talking to
give a 404. Furthermore, it's working for me.

On my work machine I can get it -- on my own machine things seem to time out
before it loads. The penalty of using Gatesware :~(
