Now we agree. After the first positive they should be held "Out of
Competition" until the second test happens. At least this way only someone who
is already under suspicion gets screwed if it comes back negative. If it comes
back positive months later hundreds and maybe thousands of other racers get
screwed.

This is a very good idea.

It is clearly simple. If you fail your A and B and you are racing under
appeal, all of your prize money and the prize money your Team makes in races
that you race with them (you might have lead out one of them or pulled in a
break) should be held. If you lose your appeal, they money should go to the
correct parties. If you win your appeal, you and your teammates that raced
with you in events can get their money. That simple. JD owes me money from
the Portland AVC in my eyes.

USADA does not handle things correctly.

Exactly what I was thinking. What's up with the idiots at USADA that they
can't take quicker action? Or is it USA Cycling that is not acting on the
information provided by USADA? If this was a true positive, why are they
letting the cheaters continue to race?

Pedalchick says he is a dear friend of hers. THAT is enough evidence
that he's innocent to me. I raced Joey many times this year. He sure
was improved over last year. That is wrong of me to think he
cheated/stole/lied.

And pretty reasonable. I don't know about you but if I had to dump a friend
every time they screwed up I would've been out of friends a long time ago.
Doping is important in our world, but it doesn't amout to much in the big
scheme of things. The only friend that I ditched and will not be civil to
decided it would be a good thing to rape another friend of ours. That "person"

Unfortunately, no promoter is going to go through and pay the next

but what are his potential earnings in the future? If he's really
innocent, he needs to fight for his rep as a coach and for his future
earnings...

Joey is not out of a salary, he doesn't make his living racing bikes.
I don't think he's in danger of losing his real job, as he's pretty
good at it. The only thing he can't do is race bikes for 2 years...
That's really not a whole lot of time in the grand scheme of things.
He could race again at an elite level in the near future. His life
was not dependent on cycling, he did it for fun and because he
enjoys/enjoyed it. There's no uphill battle.
