I think Canestan is a fungicide. It kills the bacteria that causes the itchiness. It can be used
anywhere on the body afaik. Also, isn't heat rash just a prickly, red-skin feeling you get
during/after exercise for some reason? Not a rash as such, just your skin getting too hot or venting
excess heat? Try googling for it...
