Visibility is improved wearing yellow. It's the closest color to the
one that was selected for fire trucks and emergency equipment -- that
sort of lime-greeney-yellow color. If someone makes a jersey in that
firetruck color, I'll give up the yellow.

Until then I could give a rabid rat's rump about who rags me. Nobody
is ever going to mistake me for a TdF winner wannabe, anyway.

My favorite jersey (I wore it out) was bright yellow and had a great
big "Less Than" ( < ) sign on its back, like the roadside signs that
tell drivers they'd better get over or be in the ditch on rural roads.

best color. Many studies have been done on this subject, and pink always wins.

You can wear one as long as you are prepared to defend it to anybody that

of bicycle racing in my whole life, I have no idea what it looks

The guy who HAS won it a lot doesn't seem to mind.
Scroll down on Lance's web site and you will see the "Tour of Hope" (cancer
connection cycling group) all decked out in yellow jerseys.

Nope; only if it has all the decals and sponsor's logo's. Plain yellow
is no problem.
