  1. Does anyone know why Jason Waddell quit the sport and converted to
Muslim? And what's up with the guy from Sharper Images wanting the
    sponsorship money back?

    Thanks,

    Magilla

  2. Don't talk too much [censored] about Waddell, Magilla. You're not worthy enough
to squeeze the sweat out of Waddell's chamois to quench your thirst for his
    palmares and athletic ability.

    Go kill yourself.

Talk? They were questions. I made no statements about Waddell at all.
    Please re-read the post.

Your statements show bad temperament and would disqualify you from ever
being appointed as a judge. You know that, right?

    Take care,

    Magilla

  4. I've never wanted to be a judge. My "off-beat" remarks are no more
offensive than many of yours, Magilla.

I reserve talk like that for you, Kurgan, CritShit and Amit. And I mean
what I say. And you know who I am.

  7. So, AGAIN, you must be reminded that free speech does not exist in a vacuum.
Convictions have no value without the courage to be associated with them.

  9. No [censored]. My office is dealing with a pro se plaintiff from Laos that thinks
his employer discriminated against him because it didn't fire a co-worker
from Thailand with whom the plaintiff could not get along. The judge has
extended every courtesy to this nut because he doesn't have a lawyer. We
now think the judge will not grant our motion for summary judgment because
the guy is very sketchy and irrational, ala the dude that killed the judges'
    husband and mother (-in-law?).

    (a religion).

  12. Anonymous bashing of people is not pure free speech; it's cowardice!

Free speech, as provided by our beautiful Constitution, prevents the
government and persons acting under color of the law from treating you
adversely for exercising your free speech rights.

The above notwithstanding, you are protected from criticism, even harsh and
mean-spirited critcism, that's lodged at you by people that find your
repeatedly retarded remarks to be bothersome and/or offensive.

With all this said, you are a douche bag. Now go and drink Waddell's
    chamois juice, you crotch jockey.

Bashing of people is permitted under the First Amendment whether you use
    your name or not.

Whether its cowardice or not is irrelevant and your opinion. Do you
think judges who don't want their home address posted online are cowards
    too?

Yeah, but state court judges are criminals anyway. Say, is there similar
outrage by judges when a judge sends an innocemt man to prison only to
get released 15 years later after the DNA evidence comes back negative?

Or are those people not "victims" because they're not judges?

I got news for you: more innocent people have been "victimized" (i.e.
executed and imprisoned) by judges than the other way around.
